At Lumbee River Flutes, every flute is handcrafted with care. We do our best to ensure that each order is packaged securely and delivered safely to your door. Below you’ll find important details about our shipping and payment policies.
International and Local Shipping Options
We currently offer shipping within the United States and select international destinations.
- U.S. Shipping: All orders within the continental United States are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
- International Shipping: We ship worldwide to most countries. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes charged by their country.

Supported Shipping Zones
We currently ship to:
- All 50 U.S. states (including Alaska and Hawaii)
- U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands)
- Canada, the United Kingdom, and select European countries
- Australia and New Zealand

Shipping Costs

- Domestic orders: Standard shipping rates typically range from $5 – $15 depending on order size.
- International orders: Rates vary by country and carrier; estimated costs are displayed before you finalize your purchase.
Order Processing and Delivery Times
Because every flute is handcrafted, please allow 2–5 business days for order processing before shipment.
Delivery times vary by location:
- U.S. orders: 3–7 business days after shipping
- International orders: 2–4 weeks depending on customs and destination
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Returns, Exchanges, Damages, and Lost Packages
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handcrafted nature of our flutes, returns and exchanges are accepted only for damaged or defective items.
To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be:
- Unused and in their original packaging
- Returned within 14 days after approval
We do not accept returns for change of mind, sound preference, or custom orders.
Damages
If your item arrives damaged, please email photos of the item and packaging to lumbeeriverflutes@gmail.com
within 7 days of delivery. We’ll replace or refund the item once verified.
Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us so we can help file a claim with the carrier. Lumbee River Flutes is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Payment Options
We currently accept the following secure payment methods:
